Descriptions of services and capabilities on this Site are for general information and may change without prior notice.

• Quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
• Prices are based on customer-supplied drawings, models, and material specifications.
• Any revision in design, material, or tolerance after quotation may lead to a price or lead-time adjustment.
• All purchase orders must be confirmed in writing or via email.

• All customer drawings, CAD data, and samples are treated as confidential.
• Files are used solely for production and will not be shared with third parties without written consent.
• All machining programs, setups, and tooling developed by NOVA ROBOTECH remain our intellectual property, even for customer-specific jobs.

• We adhere to strict machining and inspection standards.
• Customers must specify any critical tolerances, inspection methods, or material certifications before production.
• Parts that meet approved drawings and specifications at dispatch are deemed accepted and final.

• Payment terms are as stated in the quotation or invoice.
• Delays in payment may attract interest or result in production halts.
• Ownership of goods remains with NOVA ROBOTECH until full payment is received.

• Delivery times are estimated and may vary based on workload, material availability, or third-party factors.
• Risk passes to the customer upon dispatch of goods.
• NOVA ROBOTECH is not responsible for transit delays or damages once goods leave our premises.

• 9.1 Refund Policy
  Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of CNC and VMC machining, refunds are generally not provided once production has begun.
• Refunds may be issued only if:
  • An order is cancelled before production starts, and
  • Materials or special tooling have not yet been procured.
• In such cases, refunds will be processed minus any administrative or bank transaction fees (If any)

• 9.2 Warranty
  We warrant that all machined parts will conform to agreed specifications and drawings.
• Our liability is limited to repair, replacement, or rework of the defective part at our discretion.
• Warranty does not cover
  • Customer design errors or specification changes post-production
  • Misuse, mishandling, or improper assembly
  • Normal wear and tear

• 9.3 Cancellations
  • Cancellations must be submitted in writing.
  • If production has begun, customers are liable for the cost of completed work, materials, and machine setup.
  • Any partially completed order cancelled midway will be billed proportionally to the stage of completion.

• NOVA ROBOTECH is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses such as production downtime, lost profits, or missed delivery schedules.
• Our total liability will not exceed the invoiced value of the affected order.

• All content on this website, including text, designs, photographs, logos, and videos, is the intellectual property of NOVA ROBOTECH.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or reuse any materials without prior written consent.

• Information you submit via our contact or quotation forms will only be used for communication and business purposes.
• We do not sell or share your data with third parties
